The website tells you the service is free and then it signs you up for a subscription. You call to cancel the subscription and they tell you its cancelled, but the money keeps coming out of your account. When you call to cancel they will not give you any proof of the cancellation.

I purchased My Derma Dream online with a sample of serum. I tried to cancel the subscription for weeks. Each time, they try to extend and offer more. I keep telling them I want to cancel. This morning, they tried to charge my bank account. I had to call my bank to rectify the problem. I genuinely hope this ends it since the company does not want to honor my request to cancel the subscription.

This company continues to take 49.99 per month AFTER I cancelled a membership that I didn't even know I was signed up for. I only ordered from there once and I did receive my goods
