I ordered product from mydermadream.com the end of August 2024. During the order process a screen opened asking me to pick which option I wanted for recurring deliveries and payments. I did but want any of the options but could but move on from this screen until I picked one. So I picked one since I had already paid $119.00 for the device and thought I'd lose that $119 if I didn't complete the form. After completion, I immediately called the company on their customer service number 786-442-2626 and told the woman what happened. I asked for a cancellation of the entire order and a refund of the $118 and the $136 (recurring charge) total $254.00. She took my name & number and says she'd call back because they had not yet received the order from me. 2 days later she called back assuring me she had cancelled the order. She didn't know about the refund and I couldn't speak to anyone about it because the refund dept was closed. She assured me I'd get a call back which did not happen. I have called this company about 1-2 times per week since Aug 2024 asking about my refund only to be told it was being processed by the refund dept. U have also received emails stating my refund was being looked at by the refund dept. Ive also been told I would receive my refund in 24-48 hours but have yet to receive anything from them to date (11-9-2024) even tho they have agreed to refund the whole amount of $254.00.
