As of 2/7/22 I was looking for a puppy , so I got on line and was blind sided by this candy Boarder Collis outfit, seemed legit had pictures, as a selection to chose from some of the pups were unavailable, so I chose the one I wanted and proceeded with the payment transaction, it seemed legit as well seeing how my bank offered this Zelli money transfering company I mean it's part of the app that I use every day with my banking. Any how I prosess the payment after a bit of struggling with trying to figure out how to use the Dan thing so several days later I finally got it sent off, and am really excited about the puppy coming the following day . Not theme can I woke up to a day of total desaster and confusion, the seller had dropped the pup off at the air port and it was going through all these health checks supposedly , next thing I know this other supposed pet delivery outfit is emailing me a line about how the transport would require an AC portable kennel and it would be 1350.00 and I would get my money back once the pup was delivered as promised, so I have them call me and even got a picture of a dog in a kennel at an airport terminal sent to me confirming that this was actually happening, so seeming how I can't get ahold of the seller of the pup and it's my problem to save my new puppy and have it brought home to me I send the money same way mind you Zelli app , attach and offered by my bank right so now I'm out of money and frustrated at how unprofessional this candy Boarder Collis is as far as how they do BUISNESS but trying to keep a positive attitude and not even thinking of the worst I go about my day . I get several messages from the seller and updates from the delivery company throughout the day finally about 12 hours after this whole shipping desaster started I get a email from the delivery company they need cite documents in order to ship my puppy I had a few short fat mouth words for them and that was that . Total 2200 bucks it cost. Just another layer on this one person who is getting over the ugly in the world . Thanks, I have record of all conversations emails and documents .
