I ordered a product from this company almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email or even a word from the owner. I’ve reached out multiple times, but no response. I’ve even driven to the location but was told by an employee that the products are not in store but she will get in contact with the owner and have her reach out to me, but I have not heard anything since. The fact that I reside in the same state as the business and have to wait THIS long is ridiculous and unprofessional. Will never support this company again!
