3 sizes to small and wrong color. cheesy material.could have pushed my finger thru it. my mom size 3x never would have ordered large

then a $2.17 foreign transaction fee what the hell
also 7-27 took out of bank $82.69 plus $2.48 fee we never oredered twice from them.
we want money back...but cant get help.
we had to go to bank. cancel accounts. filed a dispute

my mom has been ordering since april.
she ordered like 7 items between april and june.
some random items arrived not what she ordered. she s a 3x size and these were mediums couple large. she never ordered them.
the materials were cheesy, wrong sizes, wrong colors.
no refund info, no tele numbers, no contact anything.
and since july the companies have been taking monies out of her checking accts. over $80.00some $120.00 a $185.00 adding up to $625.00
.00...she had to go do bank, cut up carrd, close acct get new card, put in dispute with bank. bank repaid her half so far,,,,,still looking into all names of the unreal companies we have found...still trying to get moore money back from bank.
if any one knows of other names of the company, id like to know so i can use in my dispute

I ordered $126 59 worth of summer clothes mid June. Mid July I received the same message that my order had been shipped and given a China Post tracking number. I tracked it until August 12 when it said refused at customs and sent back to Wuhan China. I immediately thought of covid19... still no answer on returning my money. Why would 4 dresses, a pair of shorts and a pair of pants be refused at customs? So 2 weeks ago I again checked the tracking number..it was back in Wuhan being ready for shipment. Huh? Then Sept I checked tracking once again..oh it had arrived in the USA 3 days before but was being delayed. I was surprised when today September 9th the package was in my mailbox. I've sprayed the slim package...have yet to open it, but am curious how 4 dresses and pants and shorts are really here.

I ordered 2 dresses back on June 15th. I have not received my order. I tried to cancel my order at this point---the company keeps telling me the order had shipped, be patient. Tells me to have a blessed day. I woild have a blessed day if the company would respect me as a customer and truly offer good customer service. I no longer need or want the dresses---vacation is over. After 6 weeks respect my desire as a customer to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
