I placed an order for a Yankee tipper bird feeder. I had trouble with my billing online and tried twice to see the confirmation on 5/14/20. I checked my bank and saw two charges from two different vendors:

Greatanimaltrait Buzz New York Ny, AND Www Dicktivity Pw Arlington Tx.

The emailed response to my order was from: [email protected]; their contact email for complaints: caneman.sale@outlook.

I called the company phone listed on website: (734) 769-4600 (on 5/18/20) the woman from my call stated her Michigan based company, Ervin Industries LLC has been using her location/contact information on the Caneman website, and nothing would be shipped to me.

I havencontacted my bank's Fraud department for my monetary resolve.
