Caneswitch advertised a product (Firewood Splitter). They showed a video and included in the ad that it was BIG- Style like video. The video showed a splitter approximately 15 in high by 8 inches wide. I received a 7 inch by 3 1/2 inch item which cannot split a matchstick. I have been in contact with them and have asked for the address to return the item. They keep offering me $5, then $10 then finally $15 to keep it saying that its expensive to send back to China. I refuse to deal any further with these scammers. I want my money back and have their company flagged as scammers. I'm not the only victim of theses people's practices. There are plenty of customers who are in the same position as I am.
