1) Was led to their web site via an 'article' about Kevin Costner and his fight with Big Pharma regarding contract dispute over his selling (?) of CBD and him giving products away "free." I have now discovered they used Kevin Costner's name WITHOUT permission. (Clint Eastwood has filed suit for the same thing) (tampabaynewswire.com - Dec. 8, 2020 by Post - and others.)
2) Site/advertising by Cannasorganics.com claims "The Most Powerful Cannabidiol Gummies" but 300mg is legally defined as LOW-STRENGTH. CBD ranges from 100-5000mg.
Order this "free sample" with option to CANCEL - but none of the FIVE phone numbers work - either "not in service" or won't answer. NO voicemail! Could not cancel in time (WITHIN 17 DAYS! - an ODD number for cancellation...so my credit card was charged.
Finally a customer service returned my call, (fr yet another phone number 925-948-0649) who tried to talk me into ordering MORE products. Only when I mentioned the fraud as listed above and mentioned the Clint Eastwood lawsuit did he (Claimed they had a legal right to Kevin Costner's endorsement) relent and agree to refund half the cost (100.00) due to my opening the gummie bear container and to delete my account for future orders. And to confirm via my email. Have yet to receive confirmation!
