I ordered a trial of cbd oil and wasn’t aware it was an auto-ship program. I emailed them on May 4 to cancel. I got an email back on May 6 confirming my account was canceled. They also told me a shipment was just mailed to me and if I didn’t want it I needed to call and get a RMA number. Their customer service number 866-842-1966 no body answers and you can only leave a message which I have several times. They continue to send product and charge my card since May. I sent them another email last week letting them know I was turning them in and canceling my card. So every month they have been charging my card 89.92. Before I could get to the bank they changed my card a second time for August. The bank couldn’t help with getting my money back. Very expensive lessoned learned

They got me the same way they been getting everybody a fraudulent $89.73 charge on my credit card I spoke to somebody apparently from kennagenics I don't know if that's the truth but they said they would refund $60 of the '89 and that was two and a half months ago and I haven't seen a nickel and you try to call their phone number and you get a voicemail saying the text now subscriber is unavailable which text now is an app you get on your phone for free phone so we know that's a crock they do need to be shut down

On 01/18/21, I placed a TRIAL order for for 1 bottle of CBD capsules @ 6.97 and 1 bottle of CBD OIL @ 6.95. I charged both items on my Discover card. All items were shipped by Cannagenix from Tampa, FL. When I received my statement at the end of February there were two unauthorized charges on my statement, one dated 02/01/21 from BUYLEAFLINK for $89.92 and one dated 02/02/21 from BUYDIVINESLIMZGUMMIES for 89.73. There were no other terms on the POP-UP order that I filled out, except credit card the number and ship to info. I called BUYLEAF on 03/02/21 to cancel any other future shipments and charges Later the same day they shipped a package to me arriving on 03/06/21 that I did not order. I again called them for an RMA and they said if I wanted to return the package I would have to prepay the postage. I have not opened it or returned it. They owe me $ 179.65 which they illegally Charged to my Discover card without my permission. Any thing the ScamPulse.com can do to get my money back will be appreciated! Thank you.

I will only be satisfied with A TOTAL refund of 179.65 to my Discover card.

I received an internet message regarding a free trial of their Cannagenix CBD Oil for a shipping and handling fee of $6.95 on March 27, 2021. After I received their product and tried it for a few days, I saw no effects from its use and did not like the product, and discontinued use. On April 9, 2021, I find I have been charged an additional $89.92. After searching for their number, I was able to contact them. I was told that the charges of $6.95 and $89.92 are for the one bottle I received that was advertised as a free sample for s/h charges only, and not for any additional bottles. After a lot of discussion, I was told that I would receive $40 of the $89.92 back within a week or so. The ads are clearly a scam, all of my money should be returned, and the Company should be closed.

My 89 year old mother ordered this product because they said it was free for 2 weeks. Because she didn't cancel in time they sent her $179 worth of product. She realized her mistake and mailed it all back. NOW this shame of a company who takes advantage of elderly people won't refund all of her money.

Cannagenix is fraudulent and a scam {period} do not buy from this company. If you do make sure to call them within 10 days to cancel because this is a 3-month automatic subscription. they sucker you in by sending you an email and then making false claims on the founder of the company i.e. Tom Hanks and endorsements from celebrities like Dr Oz and Oprah Winfrey which they have falsely misrepresented. so they offer you a free 30-day supply of CBD pills and or CBD oil for just shipping and handling charge of around $15. what you do not see is that if you don't call and cancel within 10 days they charge your account $89.72 for each product and will subsequently charge you every 3 months the same amounts and ship you the products. so if you call them to cancel after the fact they will not refund your money. And they will not refund your shipping and handling. So I ordered online the CBD oil and the CBD pills and in the meantime before I receive my shipment I did some research and found out that this is a fraudulent and shady company to misrepresent founders of the company and celebrities. So I called them to cancel and wanted to ship the product back but they would not reimburse me for my shipping and handling. Luckily my bank is right on it and when they try to charge me the $89.72 my bank shut it down and called me as a fraud alert. So apparently this company is on the radar for fraud. When I called the company to cancel and not to send any future shipments and to get a refund I expressed my opinions of how shady they were and how they could make false claims and the customer service rep hung up the phone on me. So this tells you something. This company should be investigated and shut down for their misleading false advertisements and fraudulent practices.
