I purchased an ice machine for our office. I never got a confirmation of a tracking number. They sent me a number. Tracked the package and it was being delivered by USPS. They deliver to an insufficient address, but it was a bogus address and not mines. So I told them , they was going to send another ice machine and to confirm my address. I did and it will take 7-10 days. They apologize and they are a small business and to be patient. Fast forward, it’s been a month today and still no product and a bunch of lies. They refuse to give me my money back. I’ve asked for my money several times. So this morning, they lied and said the package was delivered. Please stop the lies, I have cameras all around my house, so there was no delivery. They are scammers and I want my money back.
