A lady who sounded like Spanish was her first language, with quite some difficulty speaking English, called numerous times leaving no messages from number 562 - 7673. No area code came up. The lady said something about my name and number ( and I cannot remember but I think she did not have my first name correct) had been selected by the government to receive $9700 for some reason. At one point I did say "yes" to one question, but the lady kept on talking and I abruptly hung up.
