Just received a phone call from Juan (??) stating he was from Canon Solutions and attempted to ask me pointed questions concerning our copier "lease". Told him we do not have lease and hung up on him. Will be either returning or refusing any shipments of toner we receive in the future (but obviously didn't order) from this company.
