The Groovd has a website to order for children’s writing books . Has quite a bit of reviews at 5 stars . However I went to place a review inquiring about my order with 1 star and it did not show up on their website . I did a second with my complaint but stayed at 5 stars and that one did show up. I believe their reviews aren’t showing how they truly are . I ordered my products on Dec 8th and had two charges for one order which I felt was strange . I have emailed them with zero response , never received a tracking number or order number to track . There isn’t a phone number to contact that I can find . I feel this company is not legit and I’ll be going to my bank to try and have them get my money back .
