Nurecover mass advertises cold plunge tubs with thermo lid + 2 in 1 carrying case. Their advertising and order correspondence shows a hard plastic lid which they market as air tight. Once the order arrives it came with a cheap fabric lid. Upon contacting them numerous times they admit the hard plastic lid doesn't exist and they want the customer to pay to ship it back if unhappy which costs almost half the original purchase price. They engage in total misleading advertising, marketing and the product depicted isn't provided.
