We purchased a package on February 19, 2020 for a paint and sip night for $88 for a reservation date of March 28 2020. When COVID happened, the business ceased letting people visit in-person, but promised us they would refund us. They then promised they would send a kit for us to have an at-home paint night. They strung us along with this lie until after our credit card chargeback cutoff, then ceased responding and suddenly their business and phone number seemed to no longer function. After leaving a review on Facebook, they contacted me demanding that I take it down. When I informed them that I wanted them to refund the money they had stolen from us, they told us to email them with the details. I emailed them, only for them to cease responding. At this point, it’s theft, and they have committed fraud.
