The quality of the product I received was absolutely horrible. Received 5 pieces of rolled up canvas with a miscolored and blurry picture. Return policy is so complicated and costly that it is more expensive to send item back. You have to send it to China and they charge a 50% restocking fee unless you can prove product is "damaged". Many complaints filed for this website. I wish there was a way for some agency to shut it down. This is fortunately my first time getting scammed by a fake company. Lesson learned.

My sister purchased something from this site. It was the only thing her son wanted for xmas and she tried to get him to find it elsewhere but he couldn't so she took a chance and bought it here. This company says that the item shipped but can't provide a tracking number. Now, when we call it always says the representatives are busy. You can't leave a message. Now, after spending a few hundred dollars on something my nephew really wanted my sister is freaking out and trying to scramble before christmas.

This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical.

This company reports they are out of Portland Oregon, it does not appear to be true. They do not respond to emails, my product has not shipped, other reviews report the company is actually based out of China. Company listen phone number does not exist and immediately makes the call drop.

We ordered $70 worth of canvas (and the photos online showed actual canvas) and paid for express shipping (5 days). It came a month and a half later and when it arrived it was 5 tiny rolled up prints crammed in a small roll package damaged them in the process. Their only contact number is out of service and the 14 day return policy is intentionally impossible when they ship out of China.
