I found the company on Facebook and loved the items the company advertised. I even reached out with product questions and promptly received an email response. I placed the order as a Christmas present and was told the item would be here for that date. I however never received my item and have tried contacting the company via email using the same email address I used to ask questions concerning the product before placing my order.

Company makes custom products, once ordered tracking information is not provided and emails are not returned now email is full and all emails are returned
