Please know, just because you use PAYPAL, you are not protected.
I ordered a compost bin. The company, Canvasn, sent me a set of 3 medical masks, free gift with purchase. When I reached out to paypal to file a claim for the missing item, Canvasn supplied Paypal with the tracking for medical masks showing delivered.
When I reached out to the seller, notifying them of their mistake, they supplied me with an additional express tracking # for my new compost bin. The new tracking # also does not work. I reach back out to the seller, he was able to track it, shocking... and- the compost bin is lost again! At this time, I ask for a full refund of $56.19 bc I know the compost bin is never coming. The seller, Canvasn offered me $70 store credit and I could pay additional costs with Western Union... I said no I want a refund. Seller said no, I have paid costs and I will not refund you. How about $40 only? I said no. If you are legitimate business you can claim your loss through the post and taxes. The customer is not responsible for your loss as a business. As of 7-23-20, I have received no refund, no compost bin and no support for paypal.
