I ordered the product in April(4-14-21) for mothers day, no product was received. Communicated through email. Then they stopped responding after telling me my product was ready awaiting shipping and told me they would send a digital copy to my email, which they never did. They said that they were a small business and had received a large number of orders and to please bear with them. They have since taken down their Facebook page and also closed their email account. You also cannot use the order lookup function on their website, however, they are still "taking orders" from people.

I order off this website April 1st. It's now June 4th. My online order look up still saying being processed. I requested a refund after trying so hard to get my Mother's day gift. After requesting refund I haven't received another email!
