Scammer identified himself as a deputy assigned to located those people failing to appear for (Federal) jury duty. My failing to respond and subsequent "contempt" has triggered a warrant and associated fines that can be paid via a "Federal" kiosk located in my town. I would be able to avoid criminal charges by paying the civil fines. Spoke with noticeable foreign accents but not ""heavy" or "thick". Easy to understand. Became threatening when I stalled or delayed the process.
