The note reads:
the payment inclosed in the envelope is made out to me in respect of my position as an authorized mystery shopping agent I am expected to deposit the $2,450 check at my bank through the teller or the ATM.
I am to head to any store to conduct survey as soon as soon as the funds are made available, I am to hold on to the second check instructions on what to do with the second check will be sent to me upon completion of my first task.
Step by step procedure:
1. Deposit the $2,450 check at my bank and deduct my up front wage of $250.
2. Visit two stores near me for the survey task (CVS, 7-Eleven, walgreens, target, Walmart.)
3.purchase three (3) Nike gift cards worth $500 each at store number one and another two (2) Nike gift cards worth $330 each at store number two (that's a total of five Nike gift cards from both stores.)
4.at both stores I am to purchase any holiday card or decoration of my choice worth $20 from both stores.
They ask that I am as discreet as possible so they don't know that I'm spying on their service.
they want me to scratch each card to reveal the code and pin send in a picture of the scratch Nike gift card and receipts for confirmation to the phone number that they provide it goes on to say that I'm in a title to an additional cash bonus if I'm able to complete my task by the next business day.
The survey information they want me to get for them is.
1. Store location and name of cashier
2. how the Outlook was of the store and how satisfactory was the customer service of the store staffs
3 how fast and efficient the cashier was while purchasing the gift cards
4. General comment

I did not try to cash the checks because I know if something sounds too good to be true most likely it is not real. I googled the business name capital snap surveys LLC.
And I found this in fact is a scam reported by a lot of other people around the country.
