CAPITAL LINK MANAGEMENT SCAM

CLM will reach out to you numerous times via phone in a very rude manner demanding you pay. I am not sure how Zibby / Katapault the companyy they claim they're collecting the money for will be recovery any debt with the way Capitol Management handles their accounts. They call multiple times, they harass you and if you don't give them payment they hang up on you. I am not sure how this entity is still in business. The calls Ive received have been my multiple young men who sound like theyre under the influence attempting to collect any money they can. With so many people being scammed, you can't help but wonder if they too are scammers. For any company that has hired CLM to collect your debt I would strongly suggest to pull your business this entity is by far the most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with.

i got a call from them saying i owe them for a bill i paid already and they didnt know that i work for the a collection agency 100% FDCPA approved and the so i let got on violate all the rules they was to follow but they didnt so im going have my lawyer be in touch i even made a payment to get the name of merchant so i call call my bank and get a charged back for them being a scam do noy pay them they try add fake fees to account they call u and tell u owe more than wat u really do red flag
they are rude and unprofessional they are a scam they use the white man uncel sam voice to make u pay and dont even have the right to the account

This company text my mom saying that I owed $110 for medical bill from 5 years ago and that it is in collections. When you call the company, they give no information about who the bill was from or when it was billed. They offered to settle it for a lesser price. My sister received the same text message regarding a larger bill. The number on the text does not match the website phone number. When you call, they give you a web address and the number doesn’t match.

On April 29 I received a strange text that I had an account in collections. The text did not mention a creditor or the name of the business contacting me. The text was from (435) 359-9601 and read: "Hello, 'my maiden name' your account has recently been sent to collections. Due to Covid-19, we understand that this is a difficult time and we are here to help...Please call to take advantage of this offer 833-984-2092."

I figured it was a scam and ignored it. I received a similar message on 5/12/20. And then a third and fourth message on June 1 that referenced a account that is "currently negatively reporting" on my credit report and then mentioned a home security system company. Since I had not ever done business with the company they mentioned, I ran a credit report to make sure my identity had not been compromised. Nothing came up, so muted the text conversation and tried to ignore it.

On June 3, I then received another message about my account going into collections and an offer to decrease my payments. I received a second copy of the message moments later, so thinking it was an automated system I texted "STOP" and received the message: "Capital Link Management: You have opted out and will no longer receive messages from this service..."

Whatever they are trying to do is very shady!

I have never spoken to anyone from this company. On 5/30/2020 This company obtained my checking account information (I was notified by my ATT provider that there was a security breach and they may have obtained my personal info through that breach). At 11pm I noticed a 210.00 fraudulent debit from my checking account by Capital Link Management. I immediately froze my account, reported the fraud to card services and filed a police report on the fraud they committed. Please watch your accounts closely to avoid this company from fraudulently debuting $$ from your accounts!
