Received a letter with a credit card company letterhead. Letter stating your account has been closed. Stating we've closed your account ending in these four digits. Any questions please get in touch. When contacting the toll-free number the company representative identified himself as being from ID pro to 07 and did not identify himself as related to a particular credit card company or two in a credit card company. And only mentioned 'did you not want your account closed'. And 'did you want to open your account.'

Contacted the represented credit card company. They have no record of the said account. And suggested reporting this as fraud to the BBB.
