I do not have any accounts with Capitol One.
The phone number 313-483-8518 constantly texts my mobile phone, claiming to be Capitol One, and that I should text them back to use my assistant, "Eno".
Every few days, I get 3 texts in a row, with a temporary code I'm supposed to use when I text them back.
