Did the free trial online. Canceled it after just two uses. Not what they say. But they are still charging my card. When I tried to reach out the apps states they do not recognize the user. Because I canceled it. Have had several people state the same thing. You cannot cancel..I have reported this to my Credit Card company but I truly believe something more needs to be done.
