I was told by my mother, my aunt and stepfather that they were left a voicemail about a debt collection and that there is a lawsuit being filed under my name from a Will Turner and left a case number all on voicemail which is illegal on it's own to provide that without verifying who you are speaking to first. I received a call this morning told him that it was a scam because my mom looked into it and the number which was provided was a google voice number. I called their office just now and asked what the company name was the person at the front desk asked me why she finally said Capital Services. Then when I asked for the company address she sent me to the "legal dept" when the man answered he asked me why I needed the address and kept asking questions. I hung up and decided to list it here. My family or myself has no reason to be contacted at all on my behalf. Also you should not being calling anyone about this and I do not have a debt with them at all. Since I was unable to be given the company name I can not send a certified returned receipt request letter to not call because they wont give me the information.
