Company calls threatened they are coming to my work and they have filed charges against me. They won't give you any info unless you give them your social security number. Scam

Capital Solutions contacted me in reference to a civil suit pending against me for a loan taken out under my name. They stated that I had a checking account with a bank I have never had as well as refused to give me the companies information. The addresses associated were addresses I never lived in. Over and over again I was placed on what they call hold and passed the phone back and forth between a male and a female. The Male even cussed on the phone and told me he never did. I was told the amount was 665 owed and then immediately went up to 1146.21. When I questioned sending me a certified letter in the mail to confirm any information I was told I would have to give my bank information over the phone.
