Type of a scam Debt Collections
I have one emergency credit card with a $400 credit limit that I keep $0 out.
well this company and it always seems to happen in tandem with a company trying to collect on student debt and my grandmother had prepaid college for me fortunately so I had no student debt and then this company calls and says that I owe them over a thousand dollars which is preposterous beyond preposterous and they are harassing they will not leave me alone they continue to call my cell phone they called my office which is humiliating and when they first contacted me I asked them which I believe I had the right to do to substantiate and validate is get that they claim that I have and they refuse to do that they have not done a single thing towards it which I believe is illegal on their part if they believe they have the credible debt and if they do I hope they take me to court so I can certainly show them that I do not have a debt owed to them or anyone else.
if I start calling you hang up on them immediately they are rapscallion's and clearly predatory trying to get people to pay them money they don't even know and can't even tell you who they bought the debt from and tell you illegal things on the phone like that they are lawyers when clearly know the lawyer would work in a call center collecting debt that isn't even valid I would hope anybody who was a member of the Florida bar with no Florida law when it came to such things this is absolutely horrendous and they will not stop
