We are currently looking for a 12 hard working team to work for us from home as the working hours are flexible. I would be able to work from 30-35 hrs per week. I am a grandmother of 2. I have work experience of over 36 years with one company. I started out int he typing pool and worked my way up to team lead of a specialized automobile glass unit in the insurance industry. I have project managed many projects and was assistant to the supervisors of my deparment.
I was also, in charge of an account with a third party vendor and was responsible for paying their invoices

1. I worked in a small unit and handled nationwide automobile glass claims. This was a very high pressured job. Not only making sure the insured was taken care of in a timely manner, there were deadlines to meet. I was responsible for all complaints. This was a unit of 3 people. One was a representative from the outside vendor.
2. In one incident, I did not get back to the insured in a timely manner as it was a lunch scheduling issue. I was able to work that out with the insured and he was completely satisfied.
3. I would handle escalated issues within the office and at times had to bring an issue to an employees attention. There was some concern as to how one of the employees was being treated.

Every job experience has its disappointments. What was one of your biggest disappointments whilst working at ________________________? How did you cope. ?
Not having enough help. It was very stressful, but I continued to work through it.
I was also in charge of training new employees to the unit. I trained many of my supervisors over the years.
