This company marketed themselves as a moving company, of which they have their own fleet and moving staff. In reality, they were brokers who hired local unqualified and unprofessional movers which locked clients into contracts and caused severe delays and damage to the delivery. Captain Van Lines was not forthcoming in their business practices and caused severe losses to the customer
