I was helping my nephew purchase a Capuchin Monkey. They stated they were an adoption agency. I paid through Zelle part of the costs. I was then contacted by the shipper. Then I received another email stating the breeder brought the animal in a container that was not approved. I called the number and emailed stating I wanted a refund for my purchase. Per my bank, I contacted Zelle and my local police department.
