Facebook online Market. Repo equipment online auction purchase. Required login information included DL plus email and phone number. Once the item auction time line ended i was called and emailed that I had won with payment and instruction plus delivery process. Received invoice with bank transfer information. After transfer call them back and emailed them with transfer confirmation. They called me back and emailed me back with receipt information and delivery date and time. Called prior to delivery left massage and several emails. No response. Delivery did not happen. Emailed no response. Phone number is now busy at all times.

Started on Facebook with a link to an on-line auction for repo vehicles. Had to register to make bids using a photo of your drivers license. Once bid was made and I won auction the price was way too low. On-line searches turned up with positive reviews and mentions in various chat groups. I located the vehicle I supposedly won at Champagne Motor Car Company in Mansfield, CT 860-456-0008. They verified they had the vehicle in their inventory and they were not selling it through an online auction.
