September 25 2024 I ordered two parts for my Can-Am from Ziddy. It was two handlebar caps with Can-Am emblem and two knee/pads. I paid the amount that was asked. I got a message from them a couple days later saying I need to pay insurance to secure my shipment and that it was Refundable. $200 extra I had already paid 150 that included shipping. I disputed the charge he said it needed to be paid refused. I asked for the items to be shipped as agreed upon or refund applied for a refund through cash app and they denied it.
