I contacted Cowboy Car Rental on Thursday, 9/21/23. Received call back from 888-608-2825 by Larry Young stating he was calling for Alan at Cowboy Car Rental on 9/23/23. Mr. Young instructed me to get a Walmart money card for $500.00 to hold the vehicle until 10/13/23. I complied, called him back at 888-608-2825 on 9/23/23 and gave him the information on the Walmart Money Card. I received a confirmation from Enterprise in Cheyenne WY on 9/23/23 with confirmation # 1553414384 that included the correct pick-up details. The return details listed the wrong date. The renter details gave the correct name and phone number but an incorrect email address. I made multiple attempt to reach Mr. Young at 888-608-2825 from 9/23 through 10/1/23 always getting a busy signal. I contacted Enterprise in Cheyenne, WY 9/25/23. Enterprise had the aforementioned confirmed reservation number, including the correct pick-up details, wrong date for the return, correct name and phone number and erroneous email on the renter details. I explained what happened. Enterprise had received no money. Enterprise, at that time, modified the reservation with my corrected email. I received a call from Alan at Cowboy Car Rentals, 307-219-1155. I gave him the aforementioned information. Alan had never heard of Larry Young or the phone number that was used by Larry Young . Alan had no record of a reservation being made through his rental agency.
