I went to Car-Toys Littleton, Colorado on Bowles, and purchased almost $1100 worth of stereo equipment from a sales manager as a walk in, and left the store believing all was new and untouched. I purchased these items for a car I have in a different country. As I flew with merchandise in my luggage, I arrived in the country where I was to install the so-called new speaker equipment, and noticed that the Focal speaker set I bought was a parted out box, with 4 missing crossovers specific to my speakers, the tweeter assembly horns, and all installation hardware. The tweeter box had a managers name written on the box and was taped on top. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said he would send me the missing parts from the box, but gave me a email that was NOT Correct(sent back to me). I called the next day and spoke to the assistant manager and he said he would also order me the parts and send to me wherever I was in the world. I sent him photo's of the name of Mgr. name on box(opened) and pictures of all to prove I was legitimate. He wrote me an email and said My speakers didn't come with crossovers and the parts missing were the way it was supposed to be (A LIE)! I called Focal and they said this is a lie and it should come with 4 crossovers, tweeter assembly parts, and hardware for installation. I purchased the ISS165 speaker KIT. This did not have the parts I needed for install in the kit and Car-Toys Lied to me as used car salesmen would do.

I suggest that all people who wish to be treated fairly, go to another business for stereo equipment. I called Corporate Car-Toys 41 times in one day, and they didn't pick up the phone even one time. I left many emails, and they did not respond to even one of my emails for help or assistance. I left several messages for them, and they never attempted to ever respond to my loss or concerns.

BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
