No company identified, just “Vehicle Services Division”

No address or website given

Claimed my factory was about to expire - on a two month old car

The “Vehicle Services Division” contacted me asking for my VIN and mileage if my car saying the factory warranty has expired or may be about to expire. They listed Richard Thomas as the Program Coordinator

Recieved the same letter as previous victim states exactly. 07/08/2023 opened mail and a "Final Notice" Letter purpotedly on the letter states "Vehicle Services Division" as the apparent "business or name". It is weird also as I just recently purchased a vehicle and within a week I get this letter... Just as above states requesting I have to call this number or my vehicle service contract I purchased would not be activated if I did not call with VIN and Mileage to Activate this by 07/15/2023 or ill PERMANENTLY be not eligible to receive the services. Has 'Richard Thomas' listed and signed at bottom and states "Program Coordinator." On the footer of letter it states business hours Mon - Friday 7am - 6pm CST & Saturday 10am-4pm CST Phone Number 800-851-0673. So as close as I can add more info if any to help with this clear scam / phishing attempt it does state CST so location is unlisted but CST may be its "possible location."

Vehicle warranty

- Owensboro, KY, USA

Received a letter telling me my warranty on my car is about to expire or Is and I needed to contact them as soon as possible to resolve

They wanted to to have my car serviced and tell me my warranty is expired .

- Bozeman, MT, USA

Call every day with different number, then hang up or ask about "extending car warranty"

This number continues to call my parents, who are elderly. It is affiliated with another set of phone numbers that also calls my house and the homes of others we know. It is a scam because I schecked with the dealership where we purchased our cars. They have had numerous reports from similar numbers. These callers never say the name of the business or the name of the person calling.
