I was inline for a car wash and a young man approached and said I could wash my truck as much as I wanted for the price of a car wash.I said ok.He then said that at the end of the month,November,that I had the option of paying 19.99 for extended car washes.Again,he said that I had the option,not them.So they billed my credit card without my permission for the 19.99.I called twice and left messages but NO response.I then disputed it through Capital One.They shut down that card and now I’m waiting for a new card!!!!This is an unwanted hassle because of Fast and friendly car wash!!!!They basically committed fraud and that’s why they shutdown my card.
