Hi so I also got scammed and everything else I really do believe these people need to be put in jail because this is just not right and the craziest thing is they ask for your address like they tried their best to scare me with saying that they know my address and stuff but after I started showing them evidence that this is a scam they haven’t said anything else I just added proof so y’all can watch out and be careful

So my story is basically the same as sever tone else’s. I got a text offering $500/wk to advertise . They never sent me a contract then sent me a fake one through text message. They even sent a tracking number to “track the check”. I started searching online and found the actual company. I emailed them to see if it was a legit offer and they never responded. I got another text today asking if I deposited the check. I never got it. I’m glad a friend sent me this website to check. I won’t be cashing anything. I hope these ppl get caught.

My experience is almost exactly the same as others that have posted here. Same phone number and aliases. I got right up the point where I was supposed to deposit the check. Then the guy asks me to provide a copy of the deposit receipt. That didn’t feel right and I went digging around to see if this was legitimate. Thank God you all had shared your experiences. You saved me $2800 that I don’t have to lose. Thank you all.

How's contacted by supposedly Caribou energy drink by text message to have my car wrapped and they pay me $500 a week and advance payment for my first $500 for the week and the money to have the car wrapped I supposed to give to the installers a week later I received a check for
$2, 850.00 I deposit checking in my bank luckily didn't draw no funds off of it. I'll contact the next day through text message telling me that the check was no good I need to cancel the check and they will send me another one ask him if the deal was about to check and I said it was from a account that had been closed that's why they're going to write me another one I decided to look online without care about that energy drink and found that it could be a scam so I guess I'm going to cancel the check in my bank blocked your numbers I have their email address I have their phone number I have all the text messages and emails I have a copy of the check on my phone a picture of it and the envelope and return address they came in also have a picture of if you get back in touch with me about this matter my phone number is 605-209-9234 my email address is..

I just wanna make it short. I can give you full details with email and text copies if you’re interested…I got scammed by these people for $2,800. The deal was they’ll be putting decals on my car. They sent me a $2,850 check which I checked the company before depositing and it’s a legit company. $50 goes to me as a bonus. $500 goes to me as first week payment. $2,300 goes to the installers. I received the checked June 10, Friday and deposited that night. Saturday it was cleared by my bank. I told the scammers that the check was cleared. Saturday I issued thru Zelle amounting to $2,300 which goes to the installer. Then they told me something came up. They told me that they’ll be installing a non sticky decals so they asked me to send another $500 which was supposed to be my first payment. They told me that they’ll me sending me another check as replacement. I just thought that the check was cleared by my bank anyway so I got nothing to loose. Then Wednesday the following week I’m trying to use my debit card for just $9 and it was declined. I still have $600 left to my checking amount so that will be impossible. I check my account and it’s negative by about $2,200. That’s because the check I deposited Friday was returned. I got charged for a returned check and over draft. My account was put on hold and investigated for about 7-10 days. I went to my bank and asked them it won’t happened if they didn’t clear the check.. then I text Eric the scammer. I told him that the checked was returned. He told me that there’s some screw up with their company and they’ll be sending me a replacement check in the form of a cashiers check. I received the check and went to a western Union to cash it since my account is on hold and I can’t make a deposit. The check is no good again. I’m trying to entertain these people hoping until now hoping I could get my money back which I doubt would be possible. And in order for them to send me the replacement check, they were asking for my SS#. This won’t really happened if the check wasn’t cleared by my bank in the first place. I could give you the full story, emails, text, what happened at the bank, to the police which until now has no update. My name will be on the pictures I’ll be attaching. This company sent me a text to see if I wanted to earn 500 dollars a week, so I’m excited, I don’t have a job. So they set up everything. Emailed me a contract, in which I didn’t sign it, then they sent me a check for 2850.00 the next week. So I deposited the check in my bank waiting for it to post and it he account was closed, I kept asking them a bunch of questions before they told me to just deposit it. So I lost 35.00 because it was returned, I asked them why was it a personal check from someone account and not from the company, he gave me some lame story

I have a person name frank Williams said he the hiring manager for the company and they are sending me a 3500 dollars check and to deposit it and send him a copy of deposit slip so he can get with the financial institution to make funds available the next day this sounds to good to be true

I received a text from a company wanting to use personal vehicles to place advertisement wraps on. The company was an energy drink so I looked them up on the internet. They seemed to be a real company. I was told that a check would be sent to me to pay for the wrap as well as my first advertisement rental compensation. I was sent a postal tracking # but the check did not come instead it was sent back return to sender. I received a check on 6/30 for $2450 and was confused about where it came from because I had not been informed of a different tracking # or different plan for the advertisement. The address on the package was from Auto Zone Auto Parts in Largo, FL and the check was from EZPAWN, LP inLaredo, TX. I contacted the text person again to verify the origin of the check to make sure they sent it. They then proceeded to be very short with me practically demanding that I deposit the check via mobile deposit or ATM. When I was unable to take care of the deposit immediately they were extremely persistent that I needed to take action now. My suspicions grew stronger and I looked the scam procedure up on the ScamPulse.com site.

THIS SCAMMER USED THE WORK AT HOME ADVERTISING, I GOT A CHECK BY MAIL, THAT HAD A DERMATOLOGY BUSINESS, AND THE NAME OF THE THE BANK, I TRIED TO CONTACT THE DERMATOLOGIST BUT THE OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME, I CALLED THE BANK TO VERIFY THE CHECK ACCOUNT. THE ACCOUNT WAS INACTIVE AND THE CHECK WAS DISCONTINUE.

I found a company online offering a car wrap employment opportunity Carabao Energy Drink. I filled out an application online and they E mailed me. I received a check for $2000 in the mail. I would earn $500-$700 to wrap my car. I was to deposit the check and receive further instructions. I figured they wanted me to withdraw money. I figured it was a scam after they kept texting me. Wanted to to deposit the check for further instructions. That was another sign it was a scam. They text me from 713-309-6340. The mailing came from Shintech Louisiana LLC. 26270 Hwy 405 Plaquemine LA 70764 The company name and address on the outside of envelope. The check showed company Cls Salvage 635 Vine St. Winston Salem NC 27101
