I ordered a clothing product (swim suit) from them online. They advertised "hassle free returns" if returned within 15 days of receiving the item. The swimsuit did not fit right and was cheaply made. I went online to see how I needed to return the item, but there was no way to do it online from my original order. There was no phone number for them and I tried looking a phone number up on google to contact them but there is no phone number anywhere. There is an email address where I can email them to ask to return the item but they never responded. They even emailed me later asking if I was satisfied with my purchase and I replied to that email saying that I was not but again, they never responded. They had no intention of accepting a return and refunding my money yet they advertise that on their website. I want to prevent this from happening to someone else.
