For over a year now I have purchased a product from this company that costed $300 usd dollars and I have never recieved the package. They keep selling and they don’t answer my messages. This company needs to give me back my refund or be shut down. I have receipts of me trying to contact them and order number and everything.

I purchased a carbon piece for my car in the month of May. I’ve tried contacting them and at first they said that the item will take awhile because of Covid. I tried contacting them again and they answered but as soon as I told them my order number they stopped replying. I tried contacting them through all types of sources and no response back at all. They keep posting on there social media being active but they do not respond to me. I spent over $300 on that item.
