We bought a dog for $900. We received an email from Blue Water Movement Shipping company saying the dog was on the way with a tracking number. Then they held the fake dog hostage unless we paid another couple thousand dollars. We confronted the person (Mark Leonard, if real name) and he laughed saying it would be difficult for us to shutdown their operation since they have over 200 active domains. We lost the money and no dog. The person continues to communicate with us through texting. So the dog business and shipping company (even emails with tracking numbers) are all fake. He says if I apologize and spend $100 then he will send the dog. I have a thread of text messages that I kept even ones that he admits to fraud.
