They have my insurance and did not submit to my insurance despite having it. They just sent a bill in September 2023 for an appointment in May 2022 as a final bill and I will be sent to Collections if I don't pay by October 14th. Their billing department does not take calls or respond over email. Looking online, there are many reports of this.
