My husband suffers from COPD and Carda Health had an ad on Facebook claiming that they have a program that could significantly help him and that it was covered 100% by Medicare, after doing some online research of this company, what I could find led me to think that it was legitimate. I responded to the Facebook Ad, and they called us a few days later, stating that yes, the program would be covered 100% by Medicare for him and that all we needed to do at that point was to pay a $10.00 deposit for the home health kit (that would be refunded to us at the end of the 12-week sessions) this was at the end of February 2025. So upon checking our bank statement this month I saw that they had charged us 200.00, upon seeing this, I called them asking what this was for and how dare you take money from my account without either asking or telling me beforehand, they then tried to claim that it was what Medicare didn't pay, well, I didn't buy that explanation and called our bank and had my debit card cancelled. Since then I have found out that they didn't even turn anything into Medicare and were obviously planning on draining our bank account little by little. As of today, our bank is conducting an investigation into this matter and I am awaiting a new debit card. Lesson learned, I will NEVER trust ANYTHING like this again!
