Type of a scam Employment
Good Day i am Mr Mike Hiller from Cardinal Health, Inc. and your resume posted online has been successfully reviewed and after due co
nsideration you have been selected for an interview questionnaire session and company briefing with the Interview manager. Kindly noti
fy me if you are interested in undergoing an interview for the available positions.
I responded that I could interview and he demanded an on the spot interview through Google hang outs with this email address
Once set up to interview something seemed fishy so I googled Cardinal Health scam and saw the bbb alert! So I continue to answer his series of questions with this red flag in mind.
Here is some of what was stated by "Micheal.You will be working online and from home, the working hours are flexible and you can chose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $30.50/hour to $45.16/hour during full working hours and the training is $26 and you will be getting your payment weekly or bi weekly via direct deposit or paycheck and the maximum amount you can work a week is 45 hours.if you are employed you are going to be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor..... Let me know if you are interested so we can proceed.?
After asking a few questions he asked how often is like to be paid,direct deposit or check.I said direct deposit and here was his response ;
9•What is the name of your Bank you Operate with to see if it tallies with the company's official salary payment account ?
This seems like a scam to me as every other job I've been offered payment arrangements were made after the start of work.It seems as though paying me is such a priority.i also noticed that he made it a point for me to review the companies website before the interview trying to legitimize the scam.
