seem got scammed

I has same experience to Mr. Мошенничество.. but they seem message me over and over again and disturb me lately. Well, they even edited the receipt of the bank, but they seem wrongly put their company name incorrectly, they a lot of hint that give them as a scammer. some of the contact delete it account and many more that unprofessional attitude as they seem to denied and keep asking money. Well lots of word in email is not logical. they said is a license thing , but MPH card , biometric card , business card is not same thing...

I live in Ukraine, and like many designers, I do freelance work. I was hired by Cardinal Publications to design a new logo for them. There was an employment contract for this work. I spent a lot of time and effort on this work, sent them the layouts, they approved and endorsed them, but when it came to payment, the customers disappeared and stopped answering me. From which we can conclude that this company - scammers.

I made a job for Cardinal publications which sent to me by Mr. Tony Williams a Cardinal publications agent. instead of having my payments which is above 3000 Dollars, they clamed that my payment is held until I register as licensed employee with them and pay the cost of registration which is 350 Dollars.
