In this position, you'll be accountable for directing and controlling the shipping and logistics processes for our customers, guaranteeing on time and cost effective distribution of goods. Your responsibilities will comprise of interacting with service providers and customers, preparing and examining shipment documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may happen.
As a remote Shipping Forwarder, you will have the flexibility to function from your own residence, and we'll supply you with the necessary instruments to complete your duties successfully. You will report directly to the manager and you will be required to maintain regular communication with your staff and clients via email and phone.
