Sold them my gift card and they never paid me

I sold them my gift card from Nordstrom's which was $471.66, they were supposed to pay me the same day and the amount of $430 that was on August 5th we are now and August 21st they've been giving me the runaround since then. I was going to cancel transaction and when I went on the card the money was gone. I then received an email the next day stating There's issues with fraudulent activity. So I contacted them by email and asked what was the problem? Then tell me that it was under investigation for using fraudulent credit cards. I can I then ask or how is that possible because no credit cards were used to buy this gift card, it was a return of some merchandise I had a pair of pants and a shirt. They could not answer that question and that's when I started getting the runaround and I'm still today trying to get my money back or even the card back with the money on it they can't do either. I've never had an issue like this with any other company cuz I have sold my gift cards before this is the first time I've ever experienced this. With someone at your company you could help me attached I'll show you the receipt and the gift card and maybe you can do something. Like I told them basically they stole my money off the card and gave me nothing in return. I thank you for all your help I'm hoping you can get something done on this.

They pretended to be a merchant online that buys gift card and I got a legit gift card from my grandma and needed "cash" for utilities. They are clearly a scam because my gift card that had 200$ now only has $9 and they are the only people that ever knew what my card looked like.

Same issue...but they're telling me I used fraudulent card...even after I showed them I never used a card with this transaction...
