In March I ordered an infrared thermometer for $69.99. The website looked legit and so did the item on the website. I did receive the item; however, it is very cheap quality compared to the website photo. Most importantly, the thermometer has never worked correctly even by downloading the so called e-manual. I first contacted the company and communicated by email with James Z (no last name) and William (again no last name). That was my first clue this was a scam. They refused to take the defective item back and refund my money. I then filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal allegedly opened an investigation and within three days notified me that they would not refund my money because the item looked similar to the website and i just needed to learn how to program the thermometer. I was very angry with PayPal's response, but not sure where to turn next. Needless, to say it was a very expensive lesson and will never purchase another item from a company I don't already do business with. Several months later, I find out they have closed their website domain, and suspect they are now doing business as "Care Center Club". Do NOT buy from this company as they scam people, close their site and reopen under another name! Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered on 5/2/20 from Medical Center Club and placed two orders for disinfecting wipes and pulse oximeters (was www.medicalcenterclub.com but domain taken down and re-branded around 5/10/20). I paid via PayPal.

5/10/20 e-mail from Medical Center Club that they are now Care Center Club.

5/11/20 shipping notifications for both orders with same DHL #. The DHL # and tracking link never provided any info.

They always responded promptly to e-mails requesting shipping info and blamed pandemic, DHL, etc etc for delays in uploaded info but on 6/8/20 I saw online that I was basically part of a scam. I sent an e-mail demanding proof of shipping history & details and accused them of fraud and at this point they went quiet.

Hard to accept but passing this along so you too do not fall victim in the scramble for disinfecting/medical supplies during the covid pandemic.

This website is a scam. They sent me a broken thermometer and have been giving me the constant run around about a replacement or a refund and supplying invalid phone number. They also changed their business name to care center club obviously to get away from all of the current reviews that their company is a SCAM!

On 4/19/2020 I placed an order online with the website medicalcenter.club for alcohol wipes. I received an email afterward saying that my order was placed and would arrive in 10-15 business days. After nearly a month, I went to the email and clicked on the tracking number and was told there was no such number. I clicked on the “View your order” tab and was told the site can’t be reached. The email I sent them came back to my in-box saying that the “domain was not found”. They still had a FaceBook page where many, many people were posting that they had been scammed. Apparently they have changed their name to Care Center Club (Carecenterclub.com), and this site is still active, so beware. There is another site called USCreek.com that is also still active and shares the exact same phone number.

I ordered from this site and haven't received my order even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. I've contacted them for just an update on my order several times, but to no avail. I should have done a search before I ordered, but I didn't. Found this today and looks like there are many others just like me!

Online, I ordered a Pulse Oximeter (checks oxygen) from Medical Center Club for the exorbitant cost of $49.68, including $9.73 shipping. On 04/21/20 I received an email confirming the order with a # and a thank you. Contact info was given: name, addresses, and credit card. I did not receive a confirmation email with order number as promised. Today, 04/27/20 I happened to check my online banking and $1.49 Foreign Action fee was posted...for an order of $49.68 posted to Hong Kong Medical Center. I cancelled the payment today and the card. Am trying to notify the company to verify what is going on but phone #'s are no longer in service. Everything on their website looks authentic but I smell a rat.
