I ordered one bottle of vitamins for $49.00 and when I checked my bank account the next day the company had charged $189 plus $59.99 to my card. I tried to contact them by phone but it is only a third party that answers their calls. I finally got through to a person supposedly in customer service and they assured me the charge was an accident and that they would cancel the account and refund my money. On December 1, 2024, I received two emails stating the company had refunded both amounts to my card. I checked every day and to date (1/12/25) I still have not received any refunds. I emailed them on 12/1/24, 12/14/24, 12/20/24, 1/3/25, 1/8/25 and 1/12/25, and every time I get the same message they send for every complaint. Their excuse in every email back to me is "we apologize for the delay in processing your refund and it has taken longer than expected. Please rest assured we are actively coordinating with our billing department to expedite the resolution" and it goes on........ They charged my account a second time on 1/11/25 for $189 and $59.99 and when I called they said it was a subscription which is a lie. The account was supposed to be canceled with the first charge disagreement. This company is the worst kind of scammer - do not deal with them no matter what they say or tell you. I just pray we get our money back because we are on a fixed income and almost 80 years old. I have all email exchanges in my possession.
