Carebony had an online advertisement for fashion wigs. I ordered one and it took a long time to arrive. I contested the charges made to my credit card by this company for $47.98. The wig arrived and was not as advertised. They reissued the charge to my credit card a second time. I contested again because I could not contact this company to discuss this with them until after the fact. They didn't give me a phone number that I could contact them by and their responses to my email inquiries were suspicious (seemed generic without addressing my concern). I faxed my documents to my credit card company showing that I had shipped the wig back and they refused it. I also showed the correspondence the company and I had between us. My credit card company credited my account and I had my account temporarily frozen to prevent Carebony from charging my account a third time for sub-standard merchandise. Please record this so other women throughout the USA will not be scammed like I was. There is no way to legitimately contact this merchandiser.

I have researched this company since I made a request for a refund due to faulty products sold to me. This company has bad/negative reviews and has misrepresented its products with many other customers. I want my full refund that is what is fair. The company lied in its advertising and their products are not what they advertise, they are defective. I am a cancer patient and can not use such a poor quality and defective products. The company tool photographs someone else’s site and pretends that it is their products.
